PAYMENT POLICIES
TUITION IS DUE THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH - Any payment received after the 10th of the month will be considered late and will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. Bank Account and Credit Card payments should be made through the Parent Portal. Click HERE to access the Portal. Cash, Check and Credit Card payments may be made in person at the front desk at the studio.Returned checks will be charged a return fee. After two checks have been returned for non-sufficient funds, your account must be paid with cash or credit card only.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE EACH MONTH - Full payment is due even if a class is missed. If you take advantage of the monthly rate and attend all classes or schedule makeup classes, you will receive an average of four lessons each month. Makeup classes are not available April-May as classes focus on their recital routines and it is extremely important for students to attend their regularly scheduled class instead of depending on makeup classes during this time.
FAMILY DISCOUNT - Additional Students in the same family will receive a 10% discount on monthly tuition.
MONTHLY NOTICES ARE NOT SENT OUT - Notices will not be sent out unless you fail to make a payment by the 10th. At that time the $10.00 late fee will be added to your balance.
DROPPING A CLASS - Until you give written notice in the office or email us at cindysschoolofdance@gmail.com (telling your teacher verbally is NOT sufficient) that you are dropping a class, we will assume you plan to attend and are responsible for paying for those classes. WE CANNOT BE FLEXIBLE ON THIS POLICY! Many of our classes have a waiting list for students who need a spot.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY - There are no refunds on Tuition and all merchandise sales are final.
