2008 REHEARSAL AND RECITAL
DATES
Our 2008 recitals will be held at Lovejoy High School Auditorium on
Saturday, June 7.
The following times correspond to the recital assignment number beside
your teachers initials on the master schedule.
RECITAL SHOW TIMES
Show 1 - 10:00 a.m.
Show 2 - 12:15 p.m.
Show 3 - 2:30 p.m.
Show 4 - 4:45 p.m.
Show 5 - 7:00 p.m.
Your rehearsal will be held either Thursday afternoon/evening, June 5 or
Friday afternoon/evening, June 6. Rehearsal times are assigned by when
your teacher is available to be at rehearsal. A full rehearsal schedule
will be out around the first of May.

COSTUME
fee of $80.00 per class
must be paid by Nov. 15, 2008. We recommend that you begin
paying out costumes in September and pay a little each month up to
November.
November 16 - December 1 - Costume fees go up to $90.00
December 2 - December 21 - Costume fees go up to $100.00
After December 20 - Costume fees go up to $110.00
*When you pay for a costume, you make a commitment
to the teacher and other students in class to participate in the
recital. Choreography will be geared to the number of students who
buy costumes. It places a burden on the class & teacher when
someone drops in April or May.
Auditorium
FEE of $45.00 per student (this is separate from costume fees) will be due
in April. With a maximum per family of $100.00.
Recital fee pays for putting on the recital (auditorium, lights, sound,
etc...) |
