Each additional class for the same student receives a $10.00 discount on each additional class per month.  Any additional students in the same family will receive a $10.00 discount on the first class and each additional class per month.  You may set up an automatic pay account by filling out the appropriate form which can be downloaded from this link:

CLASS ATTIRE

COMBINATION CLASS - leotard & tights or dance pants any color.  Black tap shoes and pink ballet shoes will be required for the recital - when purchasing new shoes get these colors.  Tap shoes will need some sort of elastic fastener - we won’t use the ties that come with the shoes.

JAZZ OR TAP - leotard and tights or dance pants any color.
SHOES FOR JAZZ  - Tan split sole jazz shoes (Bloch Superjazz preferred)
SHOES FOR TAP – Flat black jazz tap shoes (Bloch Techno Tap preferred)

BALLET - Black leotard & pink tights only.  Pink split sole ballet shoes.  Hair in a bun.  No socks, shorts, pants or shirts.

Hair should be pulled out of the face for all classes.  No extremely large t-shirts over dance attire.  We will ask that t-shirts be removed so as to observe the body for placement and technique.

RECITAL

A recital will be held in May.  We will set a specific date by mid February. 

COSTUME FEE:  Costume fee of $80.00 per class is due by November 15th 2008.  Late fees increase if paid after the due date.  We recommend that you begin paying out costumes in August or Sept. and pay a little each month up to November.

November 16 - Dec. 1st, the costume fee goes up to $90.00 
Dec. 2 - Dec. 20, the costume fee goes up to $100.00
After Dec. 20, the costume fee goes up to $110.00

AUDITORIUM FEE:  An auditorium fee (non-refundable) of $50.00 per student (this is separate from costume fees) will be due April 1, 2009. Maximum auditorium fee per family - $120.00. Auditorium fee pays for the auditorium, lights, scenery, sound, programs, etc. Payment of Auditorium fee allows you and your guests free admission to all recitals.
